Google Ads Management, explained
What does a Google Ads agency do?
Running Google Ads yourself is possible, but the platform rewards constant attention: search terms change daily, smart bidding needs clean conversion data and Performance Max needs good inputs to avoid wasting budget. As a Google Ads agency in India with Google Partner status, we bring the tools, routines and cross-account experience that are hard to build in-house.
- Enhanced conversions and offline imports so bidding optimises for real leads
- Search-term reviews and negatives every week
- Clear fees, no hidden mark-up on your spend

How pricing works
How Google Ads pricing works: auctions, Quality Score and CPC
Knowing how the auction works explains why some advertisers pay half as much for the same click.
Every time someone searches, Google runs an auction among advertisers bidding on matching keywords. Your position is decided by Ad Rank, which combines your bid with your Quality Score and the expected impact of ad assets. Quality Score, rated from 1 to 10, reflects expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience.
The practical result: an advertiser with a Quality Score of 8 can outrank a competitor with a score of 4 while paying a lower cost per click. That is why our weekly work focuses on tightly themed ad groups, relevant ad copy and fast, focused landing pages, not just bids.
Performance Max, managed properly
Performance Max uses Google’s AI to place ads across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail and Maps from one campaign. It works well when it is fed accurate conversion values, strong images and videos, audience signals from your customer lists and brand exclusions so it does not take credit for people already searching your name. We review its insights and asset performance every week and keep separate Search campaigns for your most valuable keywords.
Smart bidding needs clean data
Target CPA and target ROAS bidding optimise towards whatever you tell Google is a conversion. If form spam, page views or duplicate leads are counted, bidding learns the wrong thing. Enhanced conversions and offline imports from your CRM teach it to find the leads that become customers.
