PPC Services, explained
What are PPC services?
PPC is the fastest way to put your business in front of people who are ready to buy, and the fastest way to waste money if tracking and structure are wrong. As a PPC company in India we start every account by fixing measurement, so every rupee is tied to a lead, sale or call, then we optimise weekly against cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
- Conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side options
- A documented weekly routine: search terms, negatives, bids, creative and budget pacing
- Ad accounts in your name, with full access at all times

What a PPC company does
What a PPC agency does for you every week
“What does a PPC company do?” is a fair question. This is our weekly and monthly routine for every account.
Every week
- Review search terms and add negative keywords to stop wasted spend
- Adjust bids and budgets based on cost per acquisition and ROAS
- Check budget pacing so campaigns do not run out early or underspend
- Pause losing ads and launch new creative tests
- Check tracking is still firing and conversions are recorded
Every month
- Report spend, leads or sales, CPA and ROAS against targets
- Review landing page performance and recommend changes
- Rebalance budget across campaigns and platforms
- Review lead quality with your sales team using offline conversions
- Agree next month’s tests and priorities on a call

SEO vs PPC
PPC vs SEO: which do you need?
Most businesses do best with both. Here is how they compare.
| PPC | SEO | |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | Traffic from day one | Builds over 3–6 months |
| Cost model | Pay for every click | Pay for the work; clicks are free |
| When it stops | The day you stop paying | Keeps working after the work is done |
| Best for | Immediate demand, launches, testing offers | Long-term, lower cost per lead |
| Data | Instant keyword and conversion data | Compounding visibility and authority |
Our PPC and SEO teams share search-term data so each channel learns from the other.
Budgets
How we set a PPC budget that can actually work
A budget that is too small never gathers enough data; one that is too big burns money before the account is ready. This is how we size it.
1. Start from the target cost per lead or sale
We work backwards from what a customer is worth to you. If a new patient, student or order is worth ₹10,000 in margin and you close one in five leads, you can afford up to ₹2,000 per lead. That number sets every bid and budget decision.
2. Estimate clicks and conversion rate
Keyword Planner and competitor data give a realistic cost per click for your market. Combined with a sensible landing page conversion rate (often 3–8% for lead generation), this shows how many leads a given budget should produce.
3. Fund the learning phase
Smart bidding needs roughly 30 or more conversions a month per campaign to optimise well. We concentrate budget on fewer campaigns at the start so each one reaches that threshold, rather than spreading it thin.
4. Scale only what is proven
Once a campaign holds its target CPA or ROAS for several weeks, we increase its budget gradually, usually by 15–20% at a time, so performance does not collapse. New platforms are added only after the core campaigns are profitable.
Pricing
Transparent PPC management fees
Management fees are either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of ad spend, whichever suits your budget. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from your own account; we never mark it up.
